Make the saloon part of lunch

A strong cockpit-to-interior connection can help when some guests prefer cover but still want to remain near the table. Ask how the actual doors operate and whether the furniture allows conversation across the opening. A catered Cannes lunch should fit the working space and crew service as well as the guest count. If the party intends to spend most of its time outside, confirm the canopy and the sun angle for the hours booked.

Use the available hours honestly

For an afternoon departure, a single island pause may be more satisfying than a sequence of short stops.
