From enquiry to confirmation

Begin with a date and the intended use of the yacht. A Cannes island day, overnight charter and event reception are different requests. Give the approximate guest numbers and explain any need to board near a particular venue.

Yacht availability and a preferred berth should be treated as separate decisions. Review the proposed vessel's photographs, layout and capacities. For a cruise, use the cruising passenger limit.

For an event, ask for the approved arrangement for that specific use. The supplying operator should be identified, with a clear description of crew and services. The quote should explain the rate and running expenses, including any allowance, taxes, fuel or event costs.

Read the terms for payment, cancellation, weather and changes before accepting. No payment is made on this website, and the enquiry itself is not a reservation. After confirmation, finalise the guest journey.

Share the correct port, berth and boarding time. Coordinate deliveries and event materials with the crew, and avoid circulating a provisional berth as a confirmed venue. The captain retains responsibility for the operational decisions on the day.
