Before booking
A Cannes occasion may involve separate catering, event-service or berth commitments. Check those conditions alongside the yacht agreement’s cancellation dates, treatment of deposits, date changes and other third-party costs.
When plans change
If the guest list or event date changes, contact the operator quickly with the booking reference and the amendment. The agreed terms and availability govern what can be accepted. Obtain revised confirmation before treating the change as settled.
Operational decisions
The captain assesses the planned cruise and activities, even when an event fixes other timings. The agreement should state how alternatives, postponement and weather cancellation are handled. A reception programme altered by a route change is not necessarily a cancelled charter.
