The information used when responding to an organiser’s yacht enquiry.
Enquiry information
The organiser supplies a name, email and phone, with whatever event or trip details they choose to add. We use that information to answer the request and prepare a proposal. Card details, identity documents and unnecessary sensitive information do not belong in the form.
Handling your request
Relevant details of the occasion may need to reach a supplying operator so the charter can be assessed. Ask who will supply the yacht and which booking terms apply before you commit. Write to [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of the information in your enquiry.
Security records and the event shortlist
Security tokens and request identifiers support the enquiry form. Hosting logs may be retained where needed to operate and protect the service. Your saved yacht models are browser records; the website does not include advertising analytics or marketing trackers.
